Eligibility to purchase off the Commonwealth OFF-02 contract
for consumable supplies includes:
All state government agencies, authorities and political
subdivisions
All state colleges and universities
All local government and municipalities
All local school systems (K-12)
Designated non-profit organizations

2. Determine the products and quantities of interest
3. Open the NCS/Xerox Reply Form and
